  Gyro was great! Got the Gyro plate came with fries and a drink, fries were on point $10.79 really big portions, unlike a lot of places. Not gonna lie really wanted to try the $5.00 shake (Thought of Pulp Fiction.) "I gotta know what a $5 shake tastes like." But I will save that for another day, trying to keep my girlish figure.The staff was really nice, and very clean inside. Pretty big menu, kinda hard to find a good gyro place around here. Italian Beef, Italian Sausage, Beef & Sausage Combo, ParmesanTruffle Fries are among the foods I would like to try too. Plenty of Vegetarian options too! Definitely try it out!

  I ate here a couple of times , thought I had reviewed but I guess I hadn't.  The first time I stopped I had a Gyros sandwich and fries and ate outside.  The Gyros was very good, just the right amount of everything.  I usually get the sauce on the side.  The fries were just right and the outdoor seating was a nice touch for a sunny day.
  
  The other day I stopped but wanted to try something else.  I seen others review the beef, good and average, so rather that have a questionable beef sandwich, I ordered a cheesy combo, no peppers and ate outside again.
  
  When I opened up the sandwich my first thought was...Where's the beef?  I thought I was at Portillo's with the lack of beef on the combo.  I think I counted 3 slices.  It's a good thing that I ordered the combo because that's where all the flavor was, in the Italian sausage.  Good Italian sausage.  The beef was like that out of the frozen food section at the Jewel, kind of bland.  I probably would not order a beef (only) sandwich.
  
  I will say, both times I ate here, it seemed like it took a long time from the time I ordered to the time the food was up.
  
  I do like this place and will go back for the Gyros or try something else, maybe a Maxwell Street Polish.  A lot to choose from.

  They have redone the inside and expanded which looks a lot better than before , still think ordering from the front like before was better than the side but no big deal, but the last few times I've been there the service is really slow getting the food, the food is still great and staff are very nice but the time receiving the food is way too long and not even crowded

  Righteous Italian beef. Seriously one of the best I have ever had. My son had a bacon burger...he didnt complain period. The girl who took our order was nice...the older lady..not so much. Would still return for the incredible beef.

  This is my 1st visit to Johnny's place . I ordered the rib eye steak sandwich ( rare ) and it was absolutely delicious !!! I'm not a big fan of restaurants or sandwich shops but I got a recommendation and I had to visit ! It's ashame this place is off the beaten path but it is the extra distance to visit! Trust me check this place out ! I only gave it 5 stars because I couldn't give it 6 !!!
